Growing up in Omaha, Nebraska, Joe knew he would eventually call the mountains home. He spent a lot of his childhood visiting Summit County, making the trip out in his family's minivan. He was introduced to skiing at a very young age and continues to hone his skills on the slopes to this day. After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Joe packed up his snow gear and headed to Keystone, Colorado, where he began a career with Vail Resorts. He started out as a ski and snowboard instructor but was quickly identified as management material. Although he missed skiing every day, he was excited and determined to learn the business side.
After years of mountain living, an appealing opportunity led Joe to move to the beaches of Mexico for a brief time. While seeing another part of the world undoubtedly broadened his horizons, he soon heard the mountains calling him back. He recently returned to Frisco where he lives with his wife, Maureen, and their dog, Bernie, determined to make the most of his love for mountain living. Call him today!
